Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can vary from supplier but generally cancellations that are made on the same day as booking there is no charge and a full refund given. Thereafter there is a £15.00 per room, per night charge. There is No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the stay date/or after. Amendments will only incur a £15.00 fee if the change reduces the number of rooms or nights originally booked.
